Some of the best sensations when you started in the road cycling is to ride in the peloton. The relation between speed and effort is amazing and is easy to see many happy people excited riding in the pack on every cyclosportive.
The hardest part is to start, in cycling movement generates more movement. If you stop its easier to fall down.
Sometimes we are faster than best photographer's shoot.
Today we started early in the morning. We had to test some samples for spring/autumn and was necessary to have a wide interval of temperatures during the ride. Rolling on the road through the coast was amazing. A nice road from Tossa de Mar to Sant Feliu de Guíxols was the perfect place. Calm, amazing lights, the rumor of the sea, the smell of the mediterranean forest... Any know about a better life?
Many times we heared about epic in cycling. Other strenghts are necessary to have success in cycling: strenght, resistance (only possible to achieve with obstination and determination), intelligence and team's work... The team must play the role to obtein benefits from the team's strenghts and try not to lose much from team's weaknesses.
Now that many people doubt about the presence of Wiggo to Le Tour '13, we show you a nice picture shooted in the 'Volta' a Catalunya where he has a conversation with a teammate (tactics? ... maybe! ).
Starting of may and we receive an e-mail for a group ride. Several professional riders (men and women), a stage winner of 'Volta' Ciclista a Catalunya 2013, some riders from America enjoying their holidays in Girona for cycling... A magnificent morning with coffee and bikes.
Next weekend will start a new season of the MTB World Cup circuit in Albstadt (Germany); we will see XC and XCE there.
After the classical MTB stage races to start the season (like Cape Epic or Andalucía Bike Race), the bikers will race the on the purest XC mountain bike scene: technical circuits, several laps, tech zones, warm up, eliminator races,... And adrenaline!!
If you never was to a world class MTB race, we only can say it's intensive even for the spectators...
We'll have ggod friends there:
-Hermida will start his 17th. World Cup circuit. The Sumattory brand manager faces the new season with excitement but lots of experience.
-Rudi van Houts is probably the best dutch racer and is on a great shape.
-Pablo Rodríguez, the biker that started in the CC Maceda is actually on the Team BH Sr Suntour KMC and must consolidate on the U-23 category.
