Starting of may and we receive an e-mail for a group ride. Several professional riders (men and women), a stage winner of 'Volta' Ciclista a Catalunya 2013, some riders from America enjoying their holidays in Girona for cycling... A magnificent morning with coffee and bikes.

Sumattory was born in the Pyrenees, and in fact, these are our natural playground. There the tests are more demanding and the results of these, definitive. Girona is our second home. Since the late 90s this small city, halfway between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, is a hotbed of professional cycling. A ride out in the vicinity of the small capital, is a daily feast for the average amateur. Small ports a few kms. away from downtown, Pyrenean passes tens of kilometers far away, and the Costa Brava, its landscape and the deep sea smell is just there, not more than thirty kilometers behind the hill. Is also common to find many amateur cyclists, local and foreign, and pros training daily in the area.
After Armstrong decided that the living conditions in the historical center of the small town perfectly suited to its status as high-level cyclist, about 70 professional cyclists live in an area with little more than 150,000 inhabitants.
